If you are starting a new position and do not yet have 3 months of pay stubs, we require an offer letter from your employer that states your salary/income and terms of employment. 4) All prospective tenants must agree to a credit and background check. We are looking for credit scores to be 600 or above and any pertinent eviction or criminal history.
