Property Ratings at 8590 Pico
This building is definitely worth the move. We lived here for over a year and a half and overall the experience was excellent. The building management is wonderful especially when it comes to Celina, Yoh, and Koji. They are so prompt with any questions, requests, or maintenance issues that you may have. Also, the maintenance team is wonderful! Jonah and Carlos are so helpful and always do there best to get the job done. ( I have never lived anywhere where I felt comfortable having the staff in my unit while I was not home) I am a jeweler so trusting people inside my space is quite difficult. They are very honest and transparent. When we moved out there were no issues with our security deposit and they also made the move out the process so easy and seamless which is unlike any place I have lived before. We lived on the 3rd floor and had one beautiful balcony and a wonderful patio wich they serviced each month with professional landscapers. The manager who lives in the building is very kind and accommodating and it was a pleasure to live right across him. Overall there is nothing bad I can say about this building. If you are looking to live here you won't regret it. I loved knowing that my monthly rent was going to building management that was always willing to take care of any issues promptly and properly. I have not lived nor had an experience as pleasant as 8590 Pico. I am so sad we had to move. Honestly, I even shed a couple tears the day we returned our keys.
