The association clearing process may take up to 25 business days (not including holidays nor weekends) but have had prior tenants get approved within 5 business days. Monthly rent will be $2,200. To move in, you will need to pay First Month ($2,200), Last Month ($2,200), and a $1,500 security deposit (totaling $5,900).
