This villa offers a private pool and hot tub with loungers, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two living areas, a balcony, a loft, and an outdoor patio. For your convenience, a free washer and dryer are available. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement weather we do not advise using the pool. Located in Kissimmee’s Reunion Resort, you’re close to family-friendly attractions, theme-park shuttles, and well-maintained community amenities. The resort’s landscaped pathways and playgrounds make it easy to spend leisurely afternoons without leaving the grounds. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests at any given time. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
