Other utilities not included and must be put in your name upon move in. Our 3 bedroom Carriage House (same property) is also available for the same dates as well as several cottages and apartments of various sizes. Best location in Traverse City. Island View Cottages on West Grand Traverse Bay next to downtown. The Carriage House sleeps 10 guests in the summer featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The property has a private 140 foot sandy beach. Walking distance to downtown. House comes fully furnished. Internet included, cable TV included, trash and snow removal. *utilities not included on this house and you must put them in your name upon move in. This unit is available from October 27th 2026 through April 27th 2027. This is our off-season and we rent nightly after May 1st. We are looking from someone to commit to rent until April 27th but this is not a formal lease. You cannot stay any later than April 27th because we have nightly guests booked for the spring. Check out Islandv(dot)com for more details .. we also have several other cottages (various sizes) and apartments available for this timeframe We require one months security deposit to hold. That deposit becomes non-refundable after 30 days Upon move in first months rent and $250 cleaning fee are due. You will get your security deposit back at the end of your stay if there's no damage and you stay the full term. If you leave early you will lose your security deposit. Shorter stays are negotiable at a higher monthly rate. Example: 5 months rental agreement @ $2600 per month. Pets may be accepted with a pet deposit in some circumstances No felonies References / employment status/proof of income *discounts can be negotiated if you pay the full term up front ..
