The property is rented unfurnished. 1) Tenant(s) shall pay for all utilities, such as electricity, water/sewer, garbage collection, propane gas, internet/cable. 2) Tenant(s) shall maintain the landscape of the premises that includes watering, mowing, trimming, removing of debris, etc. 3) Tenant(s) shall maintain 55 deg F minimum temperature inside the house throughout the year including during the tenant(s)' absence, particularly during cold seasons, and winterize garden hose valves. Tenant(s) shall pay for any damage if not doing so. 4) Last month's rent shall be paid in full when it is due. Security deposit shall not be applied for last month's rent.
