It's a small, garden style brick building on corner of Greenwood and Domer Ave. There are total of three apartments in the building. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The apartment has beautiful hard wood floors, spacious eat-in kitchen, large refrigerator, dishwasher and full size (30") gas stove. There are two large closets in the bedroom and one large closet in the hallway. The apartment has private entrance. There is a second entrance in the kitchen, which gives direct access to the laundry room. Tenant has complete control over heat via thermostat in the apartment. Rent includes hot water, sewer and trash. Rent DOES NOT INCULDE electricity and gas, cable and telephone. Electric bill runs about $20-25/mo in the winter and little more in the summer depending on the A/C usage. Gas bill runs about $30-50/mo average (more in the winter and less in the summer). Common area lights and washer/dryer electrical outlet is connected to the unit's circuit and electric meter and is responsibility of the tenant. Window unit Air Conditioner is provided free of charge. Washington Adventist Hospital is five to ten minutes away on foot. 1.5 mi to the Metro (Takoma), RideOn bus and UM Shuttle stop is around the block. Plenty of closet space - three large closets throughout the apartment. The apartment is located within minutes of walking from shopping, Sligo Creek Parkway, Long Branch Parkway and is on a bus line. Minutes from 495-Beltway and newly developed downtown Silver Spring. We accept pets! (Pet fee of $30/mo for a dog, $20/mo for a cat).
