This home features a formal living room and formal dining room, family room and loft area. Fresh paint throughout and new AC. The laundry room includes washer and dryer. The flooring includes brand new wall-to-wall carpet and ceramic tile. The kitchen includes solid wood cabinets and appliances include refrigerator, flat top range, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a small breakfast nook in the kitchen. The master bedroom suite has an en suite bathroom and tub/shower combo. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom full en suite bathroom with a bath and shower combination. Tenant pays all utilities. HOA fee is $100 non-refundable and takes 10 business days for approval.
