I'm renting out a lovely condo that warms up with morning sunlight and offers a calming space for anyone who wants to live in a quiet neighborhood while being close to the great shopping and dining options in Temescal and Berkeley. The place comes with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open kitchen-and-living space, and in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The high ceiling, wood floors and large windows create an airy and comfortable space. A French door opens out to a cute balcony, a great spot for enjoying an after-work drink or brunch on the weekend. The condo is on the top floor of a large, 2-story building in a bike-friendly neighborhood that's roughly a mile to either the MacArthur or Ashby BART station. It's also close to the confluence of freeways to San Francisco, Sacramento and Silicon Valley. There's no private parking, but there's plenty of street parking. I'll showing the place from Saturday, April 8 through Tuesday, April 11. Tenant(s) will pay for all utilities. No smoking and no pets, please.
