Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests without permission and one towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
