There is a rec room available to reserve, sauna, gym, 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, reserved garage parking and 24 hour security staff on site in this small community of two environmentally conscious, garden style structures totaling 250 condos. There is nothing like it downtown. No animals in the unit at any time and no smoking or vaping of anything at anytime in the unit or on the general grounds. NO GAMING or data mining due to electricity surcharges. No other condo community has these amenities in a LOW rise, garden style building (four stories) in the best location downtown. $2500 for solo; $2680 for duo. $2500 SD for everyone. No animals at any time due to potential allergen load for future visitors affecting my marketability. I CAN’T GET “Pets Allowed” OFF THE DESCRIPTION HERE!!! No. Animals. No gaming or data mining: the electric bill jumps big time. EV charging use considered for long term guests only. No smoking or vaping of anything in the unit or on the general grounds. Be considerate of cell phone use, especially when at the pool, gym or hot tub. Again, FURNISHED, ALL INCLUSIVE RENT. I don’t believe there is a better one bedroom offer on the market in a safe, downtown area near the water with W/D in the unit plus garage parking. Let me know if you find one. This is the best location in the downtown area in the coveted Marina District. Walk everywhere. Take the ferry to Coronado to see the best beach in San Diego at the Hotel Del. You really don’t want to go east of Horton Plaza these days and Little Italy is uncomfortably crowded. Stroll West and South you are at the harbor in a 7 minute walk. Eddie V’s and Cheesecake Factory, Seaport Village within the same walk. Train station is a 5 minute walk. Convention center, Petco Park, same. Super perfect location and unbelievably quiet. My two condo buildings back up to expansive Pantajo Park. Bike lanes everywhere. Trolley is close. All occupants pay a $350 cleaning fee from their deposit after move out for normal wear and tear. Deposits are returned after my final cleaning/inventory within 2 weeks of your move out. (Usually within 7 days depending on cleaning crew and if we need to discuss anything broken, missing or super dirty that the cleaning crew is charging extra for…..you aren’t THAT guest, though, I know!)
