David has been selling real estate since 1996, and before that was a senior manager and CPA with one of the largest accounting firms, specializing in real estate and banking. David works with both buyers and sellers, specializing in Intown properties (single-family, condominium/townhomes, and multi-family properties). David has many years of experience in renovation, and home staging which makes him uniquely positioned to help sellers prepare their properties for the market and to help buyers envision the future potential of properties. With his background in finance and accounting, David is especially skilled in pricing, negotiations, and in evaluating the return on a potential investment. David and his creative team excel at marketing, extensively using video and social media marketing. David enjoys travel, entertainment, architecture, and renovation. He is also an avid yogi. David is an animal lover, and volunteers and has served on the Board of several local non-profits.
