It has solar for electric and propane for the furnace and fire place. Available furnished for medium term leases 6m-1y. Lease is available for min 6 months but maybe up to 1 year. Happy to listen to other offers. The house has solar, but renter is pays for electric bill (ranges from $25-$100/month depending on how sunny it is). The heat, fire place, and stove are propane, there is a 500 gallon tank on the property, and the monthly costs range from $100 in summer to $600 in winter depending on weather and price of propane. Renter is pays utilities. The driveway is a little steep and requires plowing in winter. I have a service set up and the annual cost for the winter months is $500-$1500 depending on how much snow there is.
