About This Property
This is a unique subleasing opportunity for those traveling to the Denver area this winter; which is an absolutely breathtaking time to see and experience Colorado! I am continuing my studies and ecosystem restoration off the mainland, so the place will remain minimally furnished with all the essentials. Previous renters have praised this space and subleasing situation as ‘their Zen Oasis’, ‘my peaceful little get-away’ and more—I hope you enjoy the same experience and more during your stay here! About the Renter: I am a double-majoring Environmental and Sustainable Systems Engineering student at MSUDenver, currently volunteering with non-profit organizations across Oahu. I am clean, reliable, and dedicated to finding the right person to take over my place while I am gone... bonus points if you can keep the plants alive too! I don't have pets, but don't let that stop you from reaching out if you do! Just know that there are additional property fees…mostly (imo) because of the beautiful floors this space has.

A former air force base, Lowry Field is now a mixed-use community with tons of available rentals, trendy restaurants, cool boutiques as well as public and private schools.
Its airiness is something to appreciate – and we don’t just mean its open green space. Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum highlights the heritage and future innovations of the aerospace industry.
