Option #2: For $39.95, we will send you a link from RentPrep's SmartMove to provide a credit report and background check and get your report sent to us directly. We prefer tenants have a Minimum Credit Score +/- 580, and NO EVICTIONS. If your credit score is below 580, call me to discuss your circumstances. You may need to pay first and last month's rent. If you are currently in a bankruptcy, we will not consider you as a tenant at this time.
