The room is in a very nice and safe area in the Glendora/Azusa foothills (Rosedale Community) right above Citrus Community college. There are tons of hikes and outdoor activities to do in the immediate area. The room comes with a garage parking spot, in unit washer and dryer as well as a community gym and pool. Utilities range from about $100 a month in winter to $180 a month during the warmer months to be split in two. There are great food options just down the street within a mile of the property and many grocery stores throughout the area. Since there would only be two people living here you would have your own bathroom. The bedroom has a window with a great view of the mountains and the townhome also has a balcony with a table and fire pit for when you want some fresh air.
