This newly renovated studio condo is the best place to enjoy the beach, America's longest boardwalk, Hard Rock Casino and Ocean Casino, the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar, and the all new indoor waterpark! This 2-bedroom/3-bathroom condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation (parking codes will be provided). The building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. [SI]
