This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 1,000 sqft of space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This apartment has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk, and one complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. Additional services, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for an additional fee. The building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
