About This Home
Basement level unit that was completely remodeled around 10 years ago is located in a quiet neighborhood, but still within a 10 minute drive of Capital Hill and Downtown Denver. Trader Joe's and Snooze, as well as many other restaurants are within walking distance. The kitchen has relatively stainless steel appliances and granite slab counter. The bathroom has also been redone. Free washer/dryer comes with the unit. Parking is on the street, but there are always nearby spots available. There are two, separate private rooms (one is larger), and one bathroom. The total rent is $1,700 per month. I'd ideally be able to sign at least a year long lease. The starting point for the security deposit is $2,000. A 35 dollar application fee is required for proper background and credit checks. This fee is not refundable. Pets are an additional $500 deposit per pet (prefer just one, but depending on size, multiple can be accepted), and I must meet the pet(s). The unit is available immediately. Please write an email if interested in a showing.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
