Renovated just a few years ago, this apartment has amazing historic character with a spacious open layout and all the modern amenities. Large shared front porch space leads to a gorgeous entryway with refinished historic woodwork. French doors at the top of the stairs open into a large open living area with wood flooring, ceiling fans, exposed brick, restored windows, and an open kitchen. Kitchen is all new with a huge island and lots of cabinet/drawer storage. Appliances include french-door refrigerator, gas range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal. There are two bedrooms, one large and one smaller, both with generous closets. The bathroom has tile floors and tiled shower with all updated fixtures, and lots of storage space. There is a separate laundry/utility room with front-load washer/dryer. This apartment has its own high-efficiency furnace with central air. All of the utilities are separated and tenant is responsible for the cost of the utilities. There is a large private backyard that is shared space, and extra storage available in the basement. This home is located in the heart of the Lakeside Park Addition, about one block from Conjure Coffee, two blocks from Downtown, and 4 blocks from Lakeside Park. The Rivergreenway trail is very near and accessible. This is centrally located in the city, a short and convenient commute anywhere. Near shopping, restaurants, and close to all the local colleges/universities. Parking is on-street, but close-by and usually plentiful.
