Off street parking is provided, as well as the maintained yard with community barbecue grill and picnic table. Nice view of Pikes Peak. The apartment is approximately 850 ft.². Tenant pays for the gas and electric and owner pays for the water, waste water and the trash. The security deposit is the same as the rent. 12 month lease. NO PETS.
