The open-concept kitchen boasts a large island fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking. Entertainment options include three TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the spacious living area, a full shuffleboard table, cornhole, life-size Jenga and Sorry games, a rock wall with monkey bars, and a slide down next to the stairway. Step onto the screened-in patio, nestled next to a beautiful spring-fed pond and creek, or gather around the solo stove for s’mores under twinkling market lights in the expansive backyard. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Enjoy direct access to the Snowbird adaptive trail leading to Bella Vista’s scenic back 40 bike trails right from your yard. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. No cats are allowed. Dogs must not be on furniture or beds and should be crated or fenced when not accompanied by their owner.
