First floor has a spacious family room with a modern fireplace, a large kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a laundry room. The house has a security system. The rent includes internet WiFi and trash removal each month. The rent does not include utilities such as water and electricity cost each month. Tenant is responsible to maintain the cleanness of his/her room with associated bathroom and keep the public areas clean in the house.
