This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house for rent is definitely the perfect home to show your parents, friends, and coworkers that you have it together. It features a large master suite that allows you to hide from your noisy childrens. The master suite has her & also her (yes, two) walk-in closets and a water closet so you can poo in peace watching TikTok videos while your significant other watches the little darlings. Your future home is complete with plenty of closet space around the house to throw all your stuff in before people come over to give the illusion that you actually live like that on a regular basis. Trying to exercise to shed that COVID "nineteen"? Covered there too! The entire neighborhood has sidewalks, complete with a park within walking distance with several gyms close by. There's a new splash pad right across the highway at Stephen C. Beachy Central Park, but I'd recommend driving over to that one. If you want to get away, the location has Highway 6 access without a single stoplight in the way and is central enough to be convenient, but far enough away from TAMU to not have to deal with the 70,000 students driving their cars that are nicer than yours every August through May. The house has a bunch of energy-efficient stuff, too. Your dad will finally approve of your life choices when you tell him that this house has a new water heater, solar screens, dishwasher (that's legit quiet btw), blown-in insulation, and a high-efficiency 16-seer air conditioning system for cheaper utility bills. Which is good, because you're on the hook for those. You'll pay for internet, too. Hate mowing and weed eating? Me too - my allergies are bad enough without following a machine chopping up pollen. Don't worry - that's covered. Quarterly pest control is also included by D Lee Pest Control - the best in the area. By now, you're probably asking yourself, when can I move in? It's available starting September 1st (potentially earlier), but you haven't even heard the best part. Tired of dealing with crappy apartment complexes and realty management companies that just change their names to hide their bad online reviews?
