This unit features living room with sliding glass door to a deck with a partial view of the St Johns Bridge, kitchen with eating bar, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and detached single car garage with opener. The unit has electric heat. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, dishwasher and stacked washer/dryer in the unit. Water, sewer, basic garbage & recycling and landscaping are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities.
