First month free. Huge 2 story home with 3 living areas and 2 dining areas All bedrooms are upstairs. Master has a suite and 2nd bedroom overly large. Game room also upstairs. Kitchen is spacious and comes with built in microwave. The flooring is plank in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Large, open patio and fenced yard. No smoking, No housing vouchers. TAR app. $45 app fee and can use credit card. Pet deposit is $500 each with half refundable. Need income of 3x monthly rent, good rental and no bad in last 5 years. Renters insurance required. New sod will be put down as needed in the front and back yards when leased.
