Co-Signers: Inquire before applying - Owners may consider a co-signor for lack of credit or rental history. A co-signor is not accepted for an applicant's negative credit or rental history. Any co-signor must be credit qualified and demonstrate a verifiable income sufficient to pay both their own living requirements and the rent for the property they are co-signing for. Co-signors must typically reside in the area. 8. Applications are not processed until the application fee is paid for each person applying. 9. Applicants should be prepared to pay the Security Deposit payment upon approval and the First Months Rent before Move In date. 10.
