- You will be SHARING the 2,258 sq ft townhome with 2 other working MALE residents (described below).
- 1 room has a furnished FULL bed, table, and a chair.
- $1,650 is for 1 person, 2nd person is $100 more (Over 18 only; no baby or children).
- Again, this 2 bedroom package design (see pics) is for you if you want a room for a working office and the other room as a separate bedroom.
- 1 car to share garage parking with 2 other cars on a rotational basic. While 2 cars park inside, the other park outside in one of the guest spaces. If you have 2 cars, the OTHER car must park OUTSIDE all the time.
- Instead just send an "Is it available?", please tell me about yourself, i.e., I work at XXX company full time as a XXX role, but will be working from home 2 out of 3 days. I'm respectful, light cooking, and have 1 car only. This will stand out more from other prospects.
