The bathroom upstairs is newly remodeled with newer floors and an updated vanity. Downstairs features a large finished room, as well as the 3 bedroom that is non-conforming and an additional non-confirming room that can be used as a home office or exercise room. The basement also has a 3/4 bathroom. The utility room located in the basement features a full-size washer/dryer. The backyard is fully fenced and backs up to the nearby Rotary Park. The property has a 1 car garage, and a large driveway able to park multiple cars if desired. There is easy access to Hwy 36 and Hwy 287 (aka Federal Blvd). You would be just a few miles from Waterworld, The Butterfly Pavilion, Standley Lake, lots of open space areas with miles of hiking and biking trails. The Westminster Promenade offers great shopping, dining, and entertainment just a few miles away. The property does not have a central cooling system.
