Only 4 stops on the light rail to Union Station. LISTING: 2 rooms upstairs offered together w/ private bath opp side of floor as the master. Rooms have closets & brand new carpeting. House: - Lots of street parking. Driveway parking negotiable. Furnished Family room w/ fireplace, kitchen w/ newer stainless appliances, breakfast area w/ cozy window seat. Large living room & dining room. 1st floor bathroom, mud room, & awesome side porch w/ gas grill & huge fenced yard. Rental: - Security deposit = 1 month rent due at signing of lease. No smoking allowed on the property by tenant/ guests. 1 additional dog considered. Must get along well w/ my 2 mellow huskies & requires additional non-refundable $250 security deposit. Me:I own the property & live in the basement! Young adult, hybrid work schedule. Love the outdoors & excited for roomies!
