If someone is interested they would need to do the lease through PEAK properties and we would help with that. There is no deposit and we are offering this for $1595 which means we would give you $1200 case once approved and the lease has been signed. Close to schools/Northwestern, restaurants, grocery stores - just about everything you need. Check out google maps to see all of these. No driving necessary on the weekends! 4 blocks to the Evanston beach and parks. - Washer/Dryer in Unit - Central AC & Heat - Parking options - street parking (wife and I do daily w/ no issues), detached garage parking available for rent, city lots with spaces available w/ permit (1 directly in back of building and another right across main) - Storage locker included in basement - Updated kitchen w/ SS appliances - Dog/Cat/Pet friendly - For the quality of this building it is a steal with surrounding places being priced much higher. Leasing company also does not gouge if you are wanting to resign lease for 2nd year. (won't find this with "luxury" apartments nearby).
