SECOND BEDROOM: Can fit up to queen size and has one large closet. Good sized bathroom directly across hall. LOCATION: Grocery store opening only 5 minute walk away! 2min walk from Chicago Blue Line Stop and 2 minute walk from #66 bus stop. It is located in the West Town, River West neighborhood. Rent is $2200 per month (Utilities usually $125 per month). Affordable option compared to neighboring river west locations because we are trying to rent soon! This is a sublease and the contract is the same as the current rental contract. You will need renters insurance and 1 month of rent as security deposit
