Exterior entrances on both levels and an assigned tandem parking space for 2 cars. Kitchen has dishwasher, stove/oven and refrigerator. All the walls have been painted gray (pictures were taken before the new paint). 1 block from the main street of Des Moines with over a dozen restaurants and buses anywhere. 4 block to Marina. 2 miles to I-5 or light rail. 30 min to Seattle or Tacoma (40 min bus/Seattle), 15 min drive (20 min bus/lightrail) to Seatac airport. Des Moines, WA, is a small marina town in between Seattle and Tacoma. With wonderful restaurants (Seafood, Greek, Italian, Thai, Mexican, Cafes, etc.), Farmers Market, Festivals, Parades, and shops, all within 1 mile of apartment.
