Sublet.com ID 2688707. I am moving on January 23rd and I am seeking someone to take over my lease. Its a really nice apartment located near the corner of Albermarle Road however, I had to relocate for a new opportunity that does not cover the cost of me breaking my lease. The apartment comes with a full size washer and dryer, cable, a fireplace, pool, and onsite gym. The interested tenant would have lease flexibility signing by signing a new lease for one year or taking over my lease until August. The rent will be paid until February 8th, you would receive my security deposit back after moving, I am willing to leave the microwave, and reimburse your application fee if approved.
