There are (2) refrigerators - one in kitchen and one in laundry room. The laundry room has (2) washers and (2) dryers to allow tenants to quickly turn their laundry. Upstairs you will enjoy another large living space and 4 more bedrooms and 2 baths (just like downstairs). The property has a large concrete parking pad out front for multiple vehicles. The rear of the property has a covered area and a large open concrete area for entertaining. Minimal landscape to service. For just $800/room (plus utility reimb to owner) you will receive all of the above with the furnishings to use and enjoy. Utilities will remain in the property owners name and we will post the invoices/charges to the portal for the tenants to reimburse the owner monthly.
