Location: 829 Gaffield Place, in the Noyes neighborhood, near north campus. -Ten minutes to Tech/north campus -Five minutes to Noyes CTA station and Noyes street shops and restaurants -1/2 block from NU shuttle stop on Sherman. Amenities: -Stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, stove, over-the-counter microwave, dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. -Central heat/air conditioning with individually adjusted temperature for each bedroom. -2 parking spaces directly behind the house are included in the rent. -Small dogs and cats allowed with additional pet deposit We are looking to rent this to students with a 12 month lease starting fall 2026 for $2600 a month (plus utilities). The unit is also available for summer rental/earlier move-in.
