Located in Cannon Court, a 1920's building in Historic Fisher Park on the north side of downtown Greensboro where the city transitions into residential. Less than 1 mile to Cone Hospital. Walk to downtown, Grasshopper games, or just walk around the beautiful neighborhood. 9 ft ceilings, thick plaster walls. Original tile and heavy porcelain fixtures in the bathroom. Beautiful wood floors, large living & dining rooms, and a modern (smallish) kitchen with full sized appliances & granite countertops. Queen sized bed in both bedrooms. Desk in second bedroom. Ideal for a corporate rental, or for an individual or couple who are moving to the area and need some time to look around before buying a home. Past short-term (month-to-month) renters have also included travel nurses, a working professional who came to Greensboro from France for 9 month work assignment, and a couple who needed a short-term place to stay after they sold their home but could not move into their new home (living here is SO much better than staying at an extended stay hotel). Long term renters also gladly welcomed!

Perfect for business travelers on short term assignments, people who are new to town and still house hunting, people who are "between houses", etc. This 1350 square foot condo is in a historic 1920's building, located just north of Downtown Greensboro in the lovely Fisher Park neighborhood. Easy walking distance to downtown! Located on the first floor of the building, the condo has 9' high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, lots of windows, a vintage tile bathroom, a half bathroom, and an immaculate little kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, and a large French door style stainless steel refrigerator. Both bedrooms have queen beds. There is a desk in the second bedroom. The couch and chair are leather, and the wool rugs in the living room and dining room are very nice, so this unit might not be a good fit for children ( they can't help it that they inevitably spill food on the furniture & rugs). This building is located on Elm Street, which is the main street of Greensboro, so if you are a light sleeper you may hear the sounds of cars going by during the morning rush hour.
