While the house is located on a quiet, low-traffic street, it's just a short walk to downtown, putting you in the middle of all the action. Uber and Lyft are available, and the city bus station is downtown. If you have a vehicle, there is plenty of parking in the driveway. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home, and violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine. No parties are allowed. The street dead-ends at the bottom of the hill, so there's very little traffic going by. The neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood is inviting. You'll love it here!
