The garage cannot be parked in and is only intended to be accessed when using the washer/dryer. The floor of the driveway is very uneven and until the concrete is redone, it is not ready for use, but guests are still allowed to use it if desired. Access to the unit, check-in, and check-out, and communication will be fully automated with smart locks and a unique access code for a seamless experience. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing. Unauthorized parties or events will incur an initial fee of $500 for the violation, an additional $200 cleaning fee, and any refund we may have to provide to arriving guests affected by the breaking of this rule. Dogs only are allowed, with no cats permitted. Please pick up after any pets to avoid additional cleaning charges.
