I am currently looking for someone to rent a room in my house in the south Thornton area, right off of 84th and I-25. Access to outdoor activities is pretty great, as you are 20 mins from golden, Boulder, and 50 from Fort Collins! Currently two other people live here, one will be in the basement room, and the other will be upstairs in the room next to this one. There is a shared living room space upstairs and downstairs, with a pool table, spot for a tv, as well as a huge backyard with a deck, shed, and climbing wall. Rent is 850 + 850 security deposit. Lease term would be 1 year, starting on July 1, 2022. Utilities are included! The current tenants are super cool guys who climb, roller skate, and play tons of disc golf! Looking for clean and respectful people. Smoking allowed only outdoors. Thank you for looking!
