All guests wanting to book need to be 21+ unless otherwise approved by the host. No additional guests other than the ones staying are allowed without prior arrangement; violating this will incur a $200 charge per person per day. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. No animals are allowed; bringing an animal after violating the house rules will result in being asked to leave the premises without a refund and a possible fine up to $300. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed; violating this zero-tolerance policy will result in a $500 fine and an additional $25 charge for every piece of evidence of smoking or drug use. No parties or events are allowed; having a party will result in being asked to leave without a refund. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called, you could be asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged (when available) for an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. A $150 charge will apply to guests still on the property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for the arrival of next guests. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that day's base rate. If a refund to another guest is required due to overstaying, reimbursement for any refunds given will be required. No crypto mining on premises; if found, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
