Unapproved roommates are grounds for termination of the lease. Applications will not be reviewed until all parties have submitted a complete application. - Proof of renters insurance is required upon signing the lease. - Pet policy: All pets MUST be house-trained. If you are applying with a dog or domestic cat, please provide a copy of each animal's rabies certificate, licensing information, and a picture of each animal in the ID section. There is a $250/pet non-refundable pet fee. There is an additional monthly pet rent of $25/pet. - HOA: Owner pays HOA fee. The tenant is responsible for abiding by all HOA rules & regulations, which are provided at lease signing and available upon request.
