About This Home
Ohhhh, so you want to live in Holding Village?Well, hello there. I’m 824 Silo Park Drive, and I have been expecting you. First things first: LOOK. AT. MY. NEIGHBORHOOD. I live in Holding Village, which means my everyday surroundings include a 15-acre lake, community pool, trails, pocket parks, gorgeous green spaces, and those iconic silos that basically announce, “Yep, you made it home.”And then there’s Wake Forest. Downtown charm, local restaurants, coffee runs, shops, community events, and plenty to do when you actually feel like leaving the neighborhood. Which, frankly, may be difficult once you realize how good you have it here. Now come inside because I’m not exactly struggling in the looks department either.I’m serving 3 bedrooms + 2.5 baths + an upstairs LOFT + a TWO-CAR rear-load garage. And my main level? Crisp. Bright. Open. Those dark floors with my white kitchen cabinetry are doing exactly what they came here to do. Add the oversized granite island, stainless appliances, gas range and pendant lighting and suddenly everybody wants to hang out in the kitchen.Coincidence? I think not.Upstairs, my loft is basically a choose-your-own-adventure situation. Office? Absolutely. Movie room? Yep. Workout space? Sure. A quiet little retreat where you close the door and pretend you can't hear anyone calling your name?I support boundaries. Then there’s my primary bedroom with a tray ceiling and plenty of breathing room, plus an en suite with a long dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Two sinks means everybody gets their own territory. Relationships have survived on less. And can we discuss my two-car garage? It's tucked around back, keeping all the garage-door business away from my cute front porch and charming streetscape. Cars go back there. Curb appeal stays out front. Everybody knows their role. But here's my favorite part. When Saturday rolls around, you don't have to mow the lawn.Read that again.LAWN CARE IS HANDLED.Go to the pool. Walk around the lake. Hit the trails. Explore Wake Forest. Grab brunch. Take a nap. Spend 45 minutes deciding where you want to eat and then order from the same place you always do.Just don't mow.I'm also pet-friendly with owner approval, subject to weight restrictions and applicable fees, because honestly, your four-legged roommate is probably going to enjoy Holding Village just as much as you do. So yes, I'm technically a three-bedroom townhome. But that's underselling this a bit.I'm lake walks. Pool days. Cute streets. Extra loft space. Two-car-garage convenience. A kitchen that knows she's pretty. Lawn-care-free Saturdays. And that unmistakable “I LOVE where I live” feeling every time you turn into Holding Village.Oh, and my address is 824 Silo Park Drive.Even my street name is see me. I have a feeling you're going to get attached.
