Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted to stay at pet-friendly properties after approval. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Guests will need to refer to parking instructions for information regarding parking. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm. Guests will be ??charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. Sleepover does NOT have a staffed front desk, so we CANNOT accept any package deliveries. We DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO ACCEPT MAIL HERE OR GIVE OUT THIS ADDRESS. Sleepover assumes no liability or responsibility for missing packages or mail. Sleepover assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings, including any belongings that are left in the apartment after your departure time has passed. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Sleepover shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Charges may include but are not limited to all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation. To protect against identity theft and fraud and for the safety of other guests and neighbors in the community, you will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening.
