Property Id: 1527641 Hi there! I'm looking to sublease one of the bedrooms in my 3 bed/2 bath house. Used to be an airbnb (thus the nice pictures!) but now rent it out on a short/medium term basis. The room features a king bed, closet, and work desk. You would have 2-3 other roommates in the other two bedrooms that share the unit - both are quiet, respectful young professionals (male 28, female 27). Two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms can be made private to you for additional fee. Available through the rest of the summer, potentially longer. Flexible on lease term but not looking for anything more than 6 months maximum. Utilities 100 per month.
