Not meant for multiple families. - Good credit score (FICO ~ 700), proof of income (3 times rent) and good rental reference required to rent this house. - $4000 security deposit - There is no central HVAC (most of the time you don't need it). Electric Heaters shall be provided in each room. - All utilities paid by tenants including gardener fee ($100/month) - Pets are welcome.
