The townhome is a 15-minute walk from a large public park and softball field; a 15-minute drive to some of the best hiking and biking trails in Salt Like City, notably Millcreek Canyon (pet friendly); a 30-minute drive to the state's best ski resorts--Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, Park City, and Deer Valley; a 5-minute drive to the trendy Sugar House neighborhood; and a 15-minute drive from the University of Utah.
