Tenants are responsible for electric, gas heat, water, sewer, and if you wish to have cable and/or internet. Washer and dryer hook-ups included. Lease goes 8/15/2026-8/5/2027. PLEASE NOTE: We require all units be viewed in person. All of our properties are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. We can only hold a property and stop advertising/showing the unit with applications and full security deposit submitted. There is a $50 application fee per application and each tenant needs to submit an application to be on the lease. A parental guarantor/co-signer is required for all student tenants. Please call the office at to schedule a showing with a leasing agent. Our leasing agents do showings Monday-Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and we need to give the current tenants at least 24 hours’ notice of a showing.
