A laundry room with a second refrigerator is available for extra food, cold drinks, and the day's catch. Downstairs, a shaded patio, outdoor shower, and fish-cleaning station complete the amenities. A golf cart can be rented for convenient transportation around the neighborhood and to the beach. Guests are advised to treat the golf cart like a real vehicle and follow local rules.
