This tropical oasis offers a host of features to enhance your stay, including a courtyard equipped with a grill, picnic table, hammock, and even a fire pit. Inside, you'll find relaxing features such as a pull-out sofa, a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and a private yard. There is a $20 flat fee per night rate for 1 pet and a $30 flat fee per night rate for 2 pets. Maximum of 2 pets per stay. All outdoor areas including the outdoor grill, fire pit, hammock, chairs, and picnic table are available on a first come, first serve basis. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and any violation will result in a $350 fine. There are 8 outdoor cameras and 4 doorbell cameras located around the entire perimeter of the building. There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. No on-street parking is allowed. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12am. If we receive more than 3 complaints about your pet creating a noise disturbance during your stay, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund. [SI]
